Use the temporary court location
The city's January 2026 notice says all in-person operations and dockets use the Annex beginning in February. Check the current notice before traveling.
Request driving safety through the court
Alvin requires a driving-safety request in person at the court window during business hours and warns against ordinary online payment for this option. Bring the required license and insurance documents, and confirm the court payment. After approval, submit the certificate and certified driving record within the court's 90-day period.
