Print the agreement after the request

Amarillo’s online instructions direct you to find the citation, continue to the DSC option, enter a no-contest plea and print the agreement and affidavit. Provide the required license, insurance and court payment. The court asks for insurance that was valid at the time of the violation.

Reconcile the dates before you start

The court webpage describes 90 days from the plea; its published standing order refers to payment of the fee. Use the date in your agreement and resolve any discrepancy with the clerk. Both sources emphasize completing and returning the required evidence on time.
