Submit the request and supporting documents
Arlington permits requests online, by mail or at the court. Its instructions require the plea, valid license, insurance and court payment within the appearance period. The $25 course purchase does not pay those court costs.
Check how your certificate will reach Arlington
The final requirements include a course certificate, driving record and affidavit. Some providers offer electronic filing, but do not assume your course enrollment includes that service. Follow Arlington’s mail or in-person instructions unless the court confirms an electronic method for your packet. Keep a copy of every document and verify the exact due date on your approval.
