Ask whether the general request form applies
The Place 2 section includes a Request Form link, but its listing does not give a complete DSC checklist. Contact jp2.2@co.cameron.tx.us to ask which form and supporting documents are needed for course dismissal and how the judge’s decision will be sent.
Identify the place before a visit or mailing
Place 2 lists Monday–Friday hours of 8 a.m.–5 p.m. at the Levee Street address shared by several courts. Mark correspondence with the full court designation and citation number. Verify the current court costs and written return date rather than using Place 3’s separate instruction sheet.

Bright Driving Safety is TDLR Course Provider #CP1265. The online course is $25; court costs and driving-record fees are separate. Submit your certificate and all documents required by your court on time.
