Make the dismissal request before paying the fine
Conroe’s defensive-driving instructions allow online, mailed and in-person requests. They require a notarized ticket affidavit, license, insurance and court costs. A court-office notary is available. The page warns that a paid fine or existing payment plan disqualifies the standard request.
Use the processing date in the court notice
Conroe describes 90 days after processing the paperwork to complete the requirements, including a certified driving record. Keep the approval and submit the certificate and required record by its exact due date.
Reach the court, not utility billing
Conroe’s shared portal handles both utilities and citations. The court contact is 936-522-3380; the general utility number is different. Ask the court to confirm the current delivery address and document method before mailing a packet.

After court approval
Ready for the course?
Bright Driving Safety is TDLR Course Provider #CP1265. The online course is $25; court costs and driving-record fees are separate. Submit your certificate and all documents required by your court on time.
