Read the plea form with its instructions
It asks drivers to allow at least 24 hours for ticket processing before contacting the office and warns that calling does not constitute an appearance.
Arrange the course before enrollment
Use Corrigan's court instructions to request the appropriate dismissal option before taking a course. Ask which affidavit, license and insurance documents accompany your request, and retain the court's reply. A published fine schedule describes payment amounts; it does not establish that your individual charge has been approved for driving safety.
