Start with the court printed on the ticket
Denton’s court page notes that city, UNT and TWU citations may come to Municipal Court, while state, county or another city’s citations may belong elsewhere. A Denton mailing address alone does not identify the court.
Request the course through the court
The city offers online and in-person driving-safety requests and requires approval before taking the course. Have your citation, license and insurance available and follow the request instructions for payment and supporting documents.
Do not borrow another program’s deadline
The city also explains deferred disposition. Its timetable should not be treated as your DSC deadline. Ask Municipal Court at 940-349-8331 to confirm the certificate, driving record, due date and accepted return method in your order. The court is at 601 E Hickory Street, Suite D.
