The JP2 page lists email, mail or an in-person plea submission. Ask the clerk at 432-498-4202 which signed request and supporting copies must accompany your driving-safety application.
Confirm the current amount and record requirement
JP2’s traffic instructions include a Type 3A record. Check the current course-request cost rather than relying on an amount from an older county PDF, then follow the approval for the final deadline and certificate return.
