Know which request applies
Eligible defendants may request a course before the scheduled hearing or before the judge on that date. If you do not qualify by right, El Paso directs you to attend the hearing and ask the judge; approval is discretionary. Submit the required plea and court costs through the court’s stated process.
Return insurance with your completion evidence
Before the 90-day period ends, El Paso requires a certified Type 3A driving record, the court copy of the completion certificate and proof of automobile insurance by mail or in person. For mailed correspondence, identify your full name, date of birth, case number and telephone number.
Verify unexpected course messages
El Paso explicitly says it does not endorse driving schools. If a caller or text claims the court ordered a particular course, verify it directly at 915-212-0215.
