Resolve the initial request and costs

The court’s instructions call for an appearance by the court date and proof of insurance showing your name. Ask 832-471-2550 to confirm the current court costs and acceptable payment. The court states that personal and business checks are no longer accepted.

Send the certificate and certified record on time

JP4 describes 90 days for the course and requires a certified Type 3A record. Its final-document options include personal delivery, mail and jp4criminal@fbctx.gov. Use the completion deadline in your approval; a later show-cause date is not a substitute for meeting that deadline.
