Galveston lists a guilty or no-contest plea, sworn statement, license, insurance and court costs for a request. Use the driving-safety option in the official portal if available; ordinary fine payment is a different resolution.
Sign the court certificate
The agreement identifies three return items: the signed course certificate, affidavit and driving record. It describes a 90-day period from the request and no routine extensions. Use the case’s assigned date and keep a copy of the complete packet.
Mail and counter addresses differ
