Start with the signed request
Grand Prairie’s municipal-court page lists driving safety as an option to request before the appearance date. Use the court’s guidelines to submit the signed request, insurance and applicable court payment. Verify eligibility with the court before purchasing the course.
Order the complete record
After approval, the guidelines give 90 days to complete the requirements and say extensions are not available under the process. Submit the court certificate and the entire certified Type 3A record, including every page. The court specifically notes that you can begin the approved course while waiting for the record.
