Working with Grapevine Municipal Court
Grapevine accepts driving-safety requests in person or online, with license, insurance and court costs. Its instructions allow completed certificates and driving records to be submitted to court@grapevinetexas.gov after approval and completion.
Request permission before enrolling
Have your citation number available when contacting Grapevine Municipal Court. Ask the clerk to confirm eligibility, the application and supporting documents, court costs, and the accepted submission method. Keep a copy of your request and the court's approval.
The appearance deadline and the completion deadline are different. A request for information does not change a date on your citation or court order. If a date is close or has passed, contact the court promptly about the next required action.
Return documents and confirm the result
After approval, follow the court's instructions for completing the course and returning proof. Confirm the required driving-record type, whether originals or electronic copies are accepted, and whether the deadline means received or postmarked.
Keep submission receipts and check with Grapevine Municipal Court that all required items were received and the case was resolved. A course certificate alone does not confirm a court dismissal.
Official instructions and forms
