Choose the form for the charge

JP2’s traffic forms include an ordinary driving-safety request and a separate seat-belt course request. Ask the clerk which applies before enrolling. The ordinary form requires a notarized affidavit, ticket copy, liability-insurance copy and money order; personal checks are not accepted.

Check the dated fee, then track the return date

The linked request is revised January 2020 and lists a school-zone surcharge. Confirm the current total with JP2. It requires the certificate and Type 3A record within 90 days from the citation due date and says no further court notice will be sent.

Use the West Marshall office

This precinct lists 3211 W Marshall Avenue in Longview and telephone 903-237-2636. Sending the packet to the county courthouse’s general address instead could delay handling; identify Precinct 2 and your citation number.
