Follow the Apply for Driver Safety Course link on the court page and match both precinct and place. Keep the confirmation and obtain the approval order before enrollment. The downloadable county form is also linked below.
Address a scheduled hearing separately
JP1-1 says rescheduling requests must be written and filed at least 72 hours before a scheduled appearance. Contact 713-274-0695 if your request overlaps a hearing; do not assume an application cancels that setting.
