Plan for the certificate delivery restriction
JP4-1’s contact page says it cannot accept driving-safety completion certificates or documents requiring notarization by fax or email. An email conversation with the clerk does not mean the final packet is filed. Ask for the accepted original-document delivery method and allow time for it.
Permission still comes first
The county procedure calls for the request, plea, license, insurance and court payment by the appearance date. After approval, satisfy the certificate, driving-record and affidavit requirements within the assigned 90 days.
Reach the Cypresswood office
JP4-1 is at 6831 Cypresswood Drive, Klein. Its contact page lists MyJP41@JP.HCTX.net and 713-274-6550, and asks for 24–48 hours for email replies during the business week. Do not wait until the deadline for an email answer or send a JP4-1 packet to the Place 2 office in Humble.
