Contact the court about dismissal
The court invites calls or emails about driving-safety and other deferral dates. Have your citation number available when asking which request documents to submit.
Keep the online payment restriction in mind
Hutto's payment portal excludes driving-safety and deferred-disposition requests from ordinary online fine payments. Use the court office to arrange that option first; the portal warns that paying an unresolved citation online results in a conviction.
