Request driving safety in person or by mail
Defendants younger than 17 must make the request in open court with a parent or guardian. Use the city's plea form to organize the response.
Follow the 90-day evidence requirement
Italy's course instructions require both the completion certificate and a certified Type 3A driving record during the deferral period. If documents are late, the court may set a hearing to explain the failure; the judge decides whether additional time will be allowed. Do not assume an extension has been granted.
