Contact the city court at Ragsdale Street
Jacksonville Municipal Court handles Jacksonville Police Department citations and certain school-related cases. Its office is at 315 S Ragsdale Street. Have your citation and driver’s-license number ready when asking for the driving-safety application, required documents and court costs.
A payment link is not a dismissal application
The city links Municipal Payments, but its public court page does not describe that link as a driving-safety request service. Ask which request method is accepted before paying the fine or buying a course. Obtain the approval and the certificate, affidavit and driving-record checklist directly from the court.
Juveniles must wait for the court setting
The city says defendants under 17 cannot pay before receiving their court-date notice and must attend with a parent or guardian. The adult payment instructions should not be used to bypass that appearance.
Official instructions and forms
