Meet Lindale’s appearance requirement
The municipal-court page states that defendants must appear within 10 business days and that phone calls are not an appearance. Ask the clerk how to submit your driving-safety request and required proof within that window.
Separate driving safety from deferred disposition
Lindale lists both options. It also says qualifying drivers under 25 granted deferred disposition on a moving violation must complete a safety course as a condition. That does not mean the two procedures have identical approval terms or deadlines. Get the written conditions for the option the court grants you.
Use the court’s mailing address for correspondence
The office is at 105 Ballard Drive; mail goes to PO Box 130, Lindale, TX 75771. The court does not accept personal checks. Contact municipalcourt@lindaletx.gov or 903-882-6150 for the request packet, court amount and final submission method.
