Make the timely appearance
Lubbock’s traffic page describes driving-safety requests in person or by mail, with a plea, valid license, insurance identifying you and court costs. Past-due citations are excluded from its standard DSC option.
Only use the portal’s actual DSC option
The official portal displays driving safety only when applicable to the case. If it is missing, stop and ask the court at 806-775-2473: the portal warns that continuing to pay finalizes a conviction and refunds are not issued.
Keep the affidavit with the court order
The online affidavit asks about other driving-safety dismissals and current courses. The public traffic page does not specify the final DSC return date, so obtain it from the approval rather than borrowing the 90-day terms of Lubbock’s separate deferred-disposition agreement.
