Request the correct hearing or paperwork

Marshall’s court page directs defendants to respond by the date on the ticket. To request a hearing, it provides a form that must be signed and emailed to municourt@marshalltexas.net with the citation number in the subject. That is a hearing request, not automatic permission to take a course.

Watch for the hearing notice

The city says a notice should arrive by email within seven business days; contact the court if it does not. A separate request is needed for each ticket, and the form cannot reschedule an existing hearing. Ask the clerk how to request driving safety for your particular case.

Get the final terms from Marshall

The public page does not publish a complete DSC timetable or return checklist. Obtain the approval and required certificate, record and affidavit instructions. The court is at 110 S Bolivar Street, Suite 104B. Its mailed-document notice recommends registered mail as evidence of receipt.
