Bring the application items to the clerk
The published sheet lists license and insurance copies, a plea, an affidavit notarized by the clerk and $144. Confirm the current amount and approval before enrolling.
Return proof using the specified delivery method
The instructions require the original certificate naming JP2 and a DPS driving record, delivered in person or by certified mail with return receipt. For a walk-in session, confirm the date: the page’s special-date list does not always match its regular second-Wednesday schedule.
