Ask at the clerk's window about a single moving charge

Its procedures distinguish those requests from multiple-offense cases that may need a prosecutor or judge.

Keep the compliance hearing date

Rosenberg supplies a compliance hearing date on the documents issued when it grants driving safety or deferred disposition. The court says that is the hearing notice and requires attendance unless excused in writing. Course applicants also must file the certificate and certified Type 3A record within the 90-day period.
