Use the JP1 request form
The court’s DSC form includes a no-contest plea and asks for insurance and the court payment with the request. It directs people with non-speeding violations to contact the court. Ask the clerk to confirm current costs rather than relying on an older figure printed in the form.
Finish the paperwork with the Overton office
JP1 publishes Monday–Thursday hours of 8 a.m.–5 p.m. and Friday hours of 8 a.m.–noon. The request form mentions 90 days but does not clearly identify the starting event. Have the clerk supply the actual due date and confirm the driving-record and certificate-return requirements for your approval.
