JP2’s DDC packet asks for the request, insurance and court payment, and separately instructs you to sign and return its information sheet within five days. Confirm how that short deadline applies when the clerk provides your packet. Ask about non-speeding citations and verify the current payment amount before mailing a money order or cashier’s check.
The clock starts at the appearance date
The packet measures 90 days from the citation’s appearance date, rather than the date you buy a course. It calls for the signed court certificate and explains obtaining a Type 3A record either through the enclosed DPS mail process or online. Use JP2’s assigned due date and delivery instructions. Mail for the Tatum court is addressed to PO Box 1034, Tatum, TX 75691.
