Select the DSC payment, not the entire fine

The August 2026 sheet lists a $146 court payment, payable by money order or cashier’s check, or as the specified partial payment through GovRec. It warns against paying the entire fine when requesting this option. Confirm that amount for your case; it is separate from the course price. The application is at the bottom of the court’s linked fine-schedule/request PDF.

Return the signed sheet and completion evidence

JP5 lists JOTP5@RUSKCOUNTYTX.GOV for completed paperwork. Its information sheet asks for insurance and a signed return copy, explains the DPS driving-record request, and requires the signed court certificate within 90 days of the citation’s appearance date. Ask the clerk to confirm receipt of each submission and the exact due date.
