Keep the course request separate from payment
Contact the municipal court directly to arrange one of those options rather than submitting a regular fine payment.
Ask before making a partial payment
The portal accepts partial payments only when a payment plan is already in place with the court. For a course dismissal, obtain instructions for the request, court costs and later certificate delivery from the office at 927 Sixth Street. The portal's payment receipt is not a driving-safety approval.
