Use Terrell's municipal court office

Its office is at 1100 North State Highway 34. Contact the clerk with your citation number to request driving-safety instructions and confirm your response date.

Do not send course fees through the fine portal

Terrell states that its online fine service cannot accept driving-safety or deferred-disposition fees. Paying an unresolved moving violation through that service results in a conviction reported on the driving record. Arrange the dismissal request with the court before making a payment.
