Make the written request promptly
Waco permits requests online, by mail or in person. Its instructions call for a no-contest plea and written request, license copy, insurance naming you and court costs. For mail, provide a return address and send the request to PO Box 2570, Waco, TX 76702-2570.
Have the driving record sent to you
The court tells drivers to obtain the certified record themselves so it can be assembled with the other required documents. Return the signed court copy of the certificate and the record by the date in the order. The 90-day period begins with the order granting the course, not when you begin watching lessons.
Keep the two deadlines separate
A course-completion allowance does not replace the initial 10-day request requirement. If the request window or return date is uncertain, contact the court at 254-750-5900 before taking action on the case.
