Complete the defendant portion
The form asks for your plea, address, telephone number, date and signature. Ask 936-436-4966 what supporting copies and payment must accompany it.
Allow time for the payment counter
JP1 lists in-person payment cutoffs of 4:30 p.m. Monday–Thursday and 11:30 a.m. Friday. Confirm the approved charge and retain the judge’s course order.
