Use West's course request resource

Its instructions call for a qualifying license, insurance listing the defendant as a covered driver and court payment at the time of the request. Ask the clerk to confirm eligibility before enrollment.

Obtain the certified driving record too

West requires a certified DPS driving record along with the course paperwork and says the court can provide the appropriate record application. Its published completion period is 90 days after approval. Use the dates in your own order and return all required evidence to the municipal court.
