Choose the request option carefully

Its instructions say online selections are not submitted until payment is made and a confirmation is received. If the expected dismissal option is missing, contact the court instead of choosing a different one.

Some requests must go through the office

The Whitehouse portal directs school-zone driving-safety requests, insurance deferrals and payment plans to the court office. It also cautions against registering for or beginning a course before submitting the request and paying court costs. Obtain the court's approval and save the confirmation before enrolling.
