JP1’s contact is jp1.clerk@willacy.gov. Published hours are Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–noon and 1–5 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m.–noon. Allow for the lunch closure and shorter Friday when planning a counter visit.
