Return the initial request by the appearance date
The form permits email to jp1@co.wise.tx.us, delivery in person, or certified mail with return receipt. Circle the requested plea and provide a current mailing address.
Wait for the mailed packet
The follow-up calls for identification, insurance naming you and a Type 3A record. Ask 940-627-2694 about payment and approval after receiving those instructions.

Bright Driving Safety is TDLR Course Provider #CP1265. The online course is $25; court costs and driving-record fees are separate. Submit your certificate and all documents required by your court on time.
