Apply in person or mail the written request
The precinct calls for a plea, license and insurance naming the applicant. It lists $146 with the request and uses the plea due date for the required postmark; confirm the charge at 940-626-4206.
Follow up on missing correspondence
The court asks callers to follow up if there is no response within 24 hours. Obtain permission before class and use the returned instructions for the 90-day completion period.
